I appreciated that this time there was a proper bed instead of the small sofa bed, which was definitely more comfortable.

However, there was an unpleasant smell during our stay, although I’m not sure whether it was coming from outside or from inside the property. The toilet was clean, but unfortunately the shower was not — there was still a piece of plastic from the previous guests. The staff could also be a little quicker with their responses. Overall, I would say the stay was average. I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, especially considering the price I paid, and comparing it with other options available at double the price

Location

The property is misdescribed. I booked a 30sq meter, 1-BEDROOM apartment, and was given a smaller studio room with bed, kitchenette and wc-shower. The listing of this ground floor property also claimed to have a balcony. That is basically a small fenced 2sq MTR that cannot be accessed from the room (got to get out of the building and out in the yard). Raising these points with the host went to nothing as I faced denial.
