Marina beach on pienen kävelymatkan päässä.

Very nice people, caring and hospitable. All luxury facilities are fully accessible including a pool, gym, jacuzzi and above all a breathtaking view on the Dubai Marina.

Close to Dubai Marina, very central

It wasn't clear that it was a room IN the apartment of the landlord, which made everything unexpected (on a negative note). The first night was in the room showed in the add. Beside the fact that the AC was blowing cold air directly on our heads, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, way too soft and old in my opinion. Of course this is a matter of taste but to give an idea, only lying on it and turning 3 times made the fitted sheet spring out of the corner. To reveal a very dirty mattress with stains, and no mattress protection. I am not quickly disgusted but in that case I was. And the mattress was too soft so I couldn't sleep so I went down to the sofa in the living room. After the 1st night (we stayed only 2 nights), I reported the problem and the answer was OK, we have another room but we don't like guests walking around the building so it's probably better you look for another room. However within a reasonable time we could see the other room and test the mattress which was very good, so we took it for the 2nd night. Traveling a lot, I am used to beds from many countries and cultures but no hotel in the world ever has very soft mattresses. I am surprised all recessions are so positive. Even the best sight isn't worth it when the sleep quality is poor. Apart of the sleep quality, the bathroom looks OK but misses convenient hooks for towels and place for toilet bags.
