Lovely place, beautiful view, clean home, evrything was prepared well

The living room, the selections of TV program (mainly NETFLIX and YOUTUBE), the kitchen was very well equiped.

No reception, only the security guard! We noticed in other establishment, they have a reception area with staffs.

1. Great location – convenient access to Genting attractions. 2. Covered link bridge – easy access without worrying about the weather. 3. Excellent facilities – swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, bowling, arcade and recreational areas. 4. Comfortable for a getaway – good place to relax and spend time without needing to go out constantly. 5. Good for families and groups – plenty of activities for different age groups.

1. Can get crowded during weekends and peak periods. 2. Facilities may feel busy when the property is fully occupied.

The unit itself was nice, but the excessive noise from upstairs made our stay uncomfortable. Most recreational facilities required payment by bank transfer, which is difficult for international visitors. The staff member managing the playing facilities could not communicate in English and was impolite. Food choices were also mainly Asian cuisine, with very limited options for guests who prefer other types of food. Parking was charged at the full 24-hour rate every time we left and returned on the same day. On one occasion, the payment system rejected four different bank cards, and the security staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. We also asked to check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am but received no response. We then received an email warning that we would be charged for late checkout, so we left at 11 am. Overall, the noise, limited food choices, inconvenient payment methods, parking charges and poor customer service were very disappointing. The rest was ok
