Easy self check-in, clear and prompt instructions given ahead of time. The room was actually larger than I expected since it's packaged as a "very tiny home" in the heart of Tokyo. For 1 person, ideal! For 2 people it could feel tight-- especially with the odd layout of setting the desk in the corner you have to climb over the bed to reach. As a solo traveller it was very comfortable and provided all of the amenities for a week's stay. The location is SUPERB as you can walk to many districts within an hour. Wifi is strong and fast, big bright windows for plenty of sunlight.

The bed is too soft, personally I could not sleep well on it. The washing machine is handy but the dry function is weak so you'll need to make the time to hang dry, or take it somewhere else. I couldn't get the front-facing windows to open... just the side one, and the cable by the desk was broken and didn't charge properly. It's also situated on a fairly busy street that has a hospital at the end of the block so each night there were sev eral sirens passing by. If you can sleep through anything- it's no big deal.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and some great bakeries in the area. I highly recommend staying here.

The place was really small.

Convenient location near bus stop. Comfortable bed. Quick response time from host.

Towels provided were much too small. Though the booking provided a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang clothes to dry, nor did the machine dry clothes fully. The bathroom does not have a fan so it remained quite wet after a shower. The one pot provided was broken and there were no other cooking tools. We did not receive check in details until the last minute when we arrived and asked for them.
