Rude staff, windows that you cannot close, shower that doesn’t work.

The only good thing is that the apartment was close to the city centre and they have free parking.

- First of all, when I tried to contact the property via WhatsApp on the phone number listed on Booking, I got no reply at all, only to be contacted by some AI chatbot that writes whatsapp messages instead of the owner and couldn’t answer anything about parking and check-in. - When we arrived, the lady who works there waited for us in the parking lot. We have parked in the first parking space in a row of maybe 5-6 spots, only to get yelled at by the employee that we cannot park on a marked parking space beacuse it is “to close to the entrance” ???? I moved the car to another parking space on the other side of the parking lot beacuse I didn’t want to start an argument, but later that night we went for a walk and saw a white VW Golf with German licence plates in the same parking spot, the car hadn’t moved for more than a day and nobody said a word to the owner. - The apartment looked like it has not been cleaned since the previous guests have left. - The shower wasn’t working. - The handle on the window was broken and we couldn’t close kne of the windows for the whole two days of our stay. IN OCTOBER ‼️‼️‼️ - When we reported everything to the same lady who checked us in and yelled aboru parking, she told us that we “just don’t know how to use the shower”, and that “they knew about the broken window and they really don’t understand why we had an issue with that” - Most of this conversation was really difficult to have, because that same lady barely speaks English. I don’t really understand how on earth can you do this job without spraking English.

Good place for the value of the money.

Good location, free parking, friendly staff.

Bed was metal, uncomfortable, squeaking and made it impossible to have a restful night, only one sleeping sheet for two people, WiFi was with extremely poor connection.

Friendly staff, nice location, good parking

Cleaning could be a bit better
