Comfortable clean tidy, the shower was big and the toilet had a bday as well built in, small fridge in the bedroom, plenty of brewing stuff, good view of the sea front, met the housekeeper she was lovely asked if we needed anything, we have already booked again for January and the same bedroom.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were big enough & was good location for what we was attending.
The rooms were ok but there was a bad smell of seawers/drains when we opened the door to the room & it lingered all night. Also when we turned the light on in the bathroom it made a awful rattling noise so had to turn the light off.
