Квартира была чистой, чистое постельное белье, полотенца. В квартире все удобства, холодильник, много посуды, и разных Кухонных принадлежностей. Удобное расположение возле станции метро Frattini (5 мин пешком)

Сосед, который иногда громко выкрикивал , как будто ругался. Хотя мы были максимально тихими. И его было очень хорошо слышно, как будто он прям рядом в комнате. Сильная слышимость. Один светильник не работал. И у утюга плохое соединение с разеткой. Тяжело было гладить вещи, постоянно отключался

Great location, with metro stations, shops, cafés, and a Lidl all within easy walking distance. The apartment was a good size and offered excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, there was a very noisy neighbour who, on one night and one morning during our stay, was banging extremely loudly on the walls and screaming. On the morning, this happened at around 7:30am, which was particularly disruptive. I understand that this is likely outside the owner’s control, but it nonetheless affected our stay. A couple of other things worth mentioning: there is no main ceiling light in the living room, so the room has to be lit using the floor lamps, which we found a little unusual. The cupboard under the sink was also broken and appeared to have been temporarily held together with tape.

very clean and equipped with everything you need, very helpful staff. we had a problem with the hot water in our 3rd day but we contacted the staff and they helped us solving the problem in a few hours

quite far from the center and main train stations, travel times ranging from 30-60 min another aspect, which was not the property’s fault, was that the upstairs neighbors were renovating during our stay, as a result, we were woken up almost every morning by the sound of drilling and hammering

L’appartamento nel complesso è pulito, comodo e ben posizionato, quindi sotto questo aspetto il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Purtroppo però abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia/scaldabagno, che ha smesso di funzionare più volte durante il soggiorno. La comunicazione con la struttura è stata piuttosto lenta e non ci è piaciuto il fatto che inizialmente sia stato ipotizzato che avessimo spento noi qualche interruttore, quando in realtà il problema si era presentato spontaneamente. Alla fine abbiamo risolto temporaneamente da soli effettuando un riavvio generale dell’alimentazione elettrica, altrimenti saremmo rimasti senza acqua calda. Inoltre, nell’appartamento accanto c’era un vicino molto aggressivo ai rumori: bastava poco perché iniziasse a battere sui muri, urlare e bestemmiare. La situazione ci ha messi a disagio, soprattutto perché eravamo con una persona anziana, e non ci ha permesso di vivere il soggiorno in totale tranquillità. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del buon potenziale con una gestione più attenta dei problemi e del contesto.
