The staff were always very accommodating and easy to communicate with and were eager to help. Our room was lovely and comfortable with lots of charm, looking out to the street. The bathroom was well appointed although I could have used a bit more space for the toiletries. We did not partake of the breakfast but had a delicious dinner one night. This hotel is in a wonderful area.
