Very quiet and chilled out with nice spacious balcony

Air conditioning didn’t work well

We had a wonderful stay at this Tenerife apartment and could not have asked for a better experience. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the area offers complete tranquility away from the tourist noise, while still remaining convenient and easily accessible. The apartment itself was clean upon our arrival and well-maintained. Every corner was spotless, which immediately made us feel at home. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you could possibly need for a seamless holiday, including a reliable kitchen setup, fast Wi-Fi, and access to a beautiful, clean swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing during the sunny afternoons. A special mention goes to the host, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. From offering smooth check-in instructions to giving great local recommendations, their hospitality truly made a difference. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay in Tenerife and would gladly return.

We had a minor issue accessing the swimming pool upon arrival, but the host resolved it promptly and without any hassle. Everything else went smoothly, and honestly, we have no suggestions for improvement. The stay was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for better service

Very clean apartment, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for two people and all necessary things were provided. Great location for someone who enjoys gold and long walks along the sea.

Very poor public transportation. Hire a car if you want to travel. Also, swimming pool wasn’t working. There was no warning. Given that the local beach is all volcanic rocks, swimming pool is a very important feature. Pity the hostess didn’t let us stay for free for another hour on the departure day… there were no new guests so we feel she could have been more accommodating.

Nice large balcony , with a nice breeze , when there isn't a calima . Little canarian supermarket for your basics . Nice size living room with a large smart TV . Fast broadband . New washing machine . The TV didn't work but the owner replaced it in one day . Nice morning sun , once it clears the hotel . The owner let us check out 2 hours later with no charge . Nice table to eat at .

The key box is far away and on a steep hill with little lighting . No complimentary water , which you need after going to the key box . The apartment was always hot as the air-conditioning wasn't working . So we bought an oscillating fan €50 , there are ceiling fans in front room and bedroom but they are slow , old and noisey . The towels smelled of mildew and had to be boil washed . The safe isn't working . Not much of a view , just the huge hotel with it's giant pool pumps and air-conditioning fans , coaches revving up . The fridge is old and small . Lots of steps up and down to apartment . And finally , on the last day we had to go all the way up to the keybox on a very hot day , just to put them back in . I did ask if I could lock them in the apartment as I use a walking stick , but he refused bluntly .
