Good communication, easy procedures, everything worked. They use online platform for city taxes, which is very practical. The location is perfect, short walk from Termini station, yet it is quiet enough. Good (and not overpriced) restaurants and breakfast places are just literally at the doorsteps (check the photo of the place we had dinner twice, it was that good!).
The accommodation is at the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. Room is spacious, comfortable, with fridge, quiet AC, good lights, modern windows to the street below (check the photos of the view). I was genuinely happy with the room.
Everything was better than I expected. The only small drawback is that checkout instructions asked us to throw out trash, but there was no information where to take it, so we needed to leave it in the room.
