Layout of the studio was perfect for a few days! It was clean and had great facilities. We used the washer and was able to dry clothes. Nice terrace to sit out in the evening. Short walk from the centre and property felt secure. Good communication since booking and owner was very accommodating on check in times. We loved this studio flat and only had one issue.

We were a family of two adults and then our adult kids who didn’t mind sharing a room as it was only three days. Only thing for us was the mattresses were really firm on main bed and then pull out was a foam mattress only. On arrival we knew it would be an issue sitting on it. I did contact the owner and he advised he would try resolve it if it resulted in an uncomfortable sleep. I had to bulk mattress with another duvet. It wasn’t the greatest but we didn’t want the hassle of having to wait in. Only thing l could think of! If this was changed l would definitely rebook as l have came to Florence for the past two years, good value for money.
