This is one of the best stay ever of our stays in past. Go with no expectation and the stay will be pleasant and worth for the cost. This place is calm and relaxed, no pollution of noise, or any but near to many local attraction, like guruvayoor temple, Chavan beach, old churches, town and bay road. The host is simple and nice person.

The place is set in location surrounded by trees. Makes you feel close to nature. The house was very clean and has everything you needed. Sebin made delicious breakfast and was very friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Excellent!!!

Mr. . Sebin’s homestay was truly memorable. He is a wonderful person who embodies genuine hospitality. The warmth and care with which he treats his guests make you feel completely at home. His attentiveness and kindness create a welcoming atmosphere that goes beyond expectations. I would highly recommend his villa to anyone looking for comfort, respect, and a heartfelt experience.
