Lots of space and enough bathrooms for everyone staying, near to a park and football field for the kids and writhing perfect walking distance from the metro and the coast
No living room but was expected, communal room would be nice we with maybe a table in chairs or a bench and chairs with table but again I knew what to expect so this didn’t ruin our trip just some constructive advice. Also depends on who it is let out to more often, as if it’s contractors then the breakfast bars suit that.

The property was nice and modern.
The cleanliness.
There was hairs all over crumbs on the stairs, the damp build up on the walls in the kitchen was a bit of an ugly look, I think this is what spoiled the stay, as I had guest come round to get ready for my wedding day and it wasn’t the nicest thing to look at.

Location was excellent for metro.rooms were clean and facilities was excellent inside property ie.washing machine/dryer. My family likes the northeast and the beach was not far away. And property was big enough for us all to be together.
Inside property seemed to have seen better days.kitchen area seen lots of water damage. Bins outside not been collected house run down..
