I will reccomond to all my known people who wish to trevel to chennai to stay at this place. If very much affordable.
The location was good, any thing you wants for daily use are available nearby. A old coffee shop just down side of the hotel servers hot coffee is superb and taste authentic.

Location and proximity
Cleanliness. Linens were dirty and found hair in the bed. Some foul smell was there in the room.
There's a huge scope for improvement to make the property more attractive, if the team work towards the goal.
