Hôte D'Azur - Guesthouse

A tömegközlekedés jó, a szállás jól megközelítő.

A klímât gyakrabban tisztítsák, kérem.

Excrement value for this price. Freshly updated room, access to the apartment and to the room with the PIN code. The room Has air conditioning, separate bathroom, a tv, a fan, small fridge, place to stick your clothes. Good neighbourhood, very close to the beach, good cafes nearby, the building has an elevator. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The windows in the room are huge and have to daylight mirror sheers or window tints, so you can’t open the curtains and it’s pretty dark here during the day. Otherwise, everyone on the street would see the whole room because you have two panoramic windows instead two walls it he room :) Also, our pillows had some white stains and once half of the electricity went off, but it was fixed that same day after we texted the owners. As for me, it is a very good option to stay, it for sure it has some weaknesses, for us it was not critical

Overall, this apartment has a good price-to-value ratio for Nice, which is a very expensive city. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also large. The location was good, with the beach and the markets both very close. The hosts were very friendly and replied quickly whenever we had a question or problem.

Overall, this apartment has a good price-to-value ratio for Nice, which is a very expensive city. The kitchen was very well equipped and had Unfortunately, there was a very important problem that was not mentioned in the listing. There was no usable window in the room. There was a window, but all the air conditioning units were stored directly in front of it, so it could not be opened. Because of this, we had no fresh air for several days. We feel that this should have been clearly mentioned in the listing. The apartment was also quite small. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work well.
