Staff were amazing !

Toilet and shower were combined. Electrical wiring job on the mirror needs to be heat shrunk. The wires are only taped together and exposed to water.

1. Service by Staff - They have given my family and I the best service they could. We arrived late night and Chuc (the receptionist) was there to assist us with the payment after multiple card decline. Roberto (hotel attendant) is very helpful with flagging down our grab, and opening the door for us. He always has a bright smile on his face that is very pleasant. 2. Food - We are a muslim family and the hotel was able to accommodate to our request of vegan food. The breakfast was delicious too. 3. Location - It is a very central location, where you can walk to several tourist spots such as - Opera House, Independence Square, Cafe Apartment. I love the location especially because there are several massage places nearby, which is convenient after a day of walking. Some convenient stores nearby: CircleK, GS25, 7-Eleven.
