The property was beautiful. The staff at the desk, slide and gift shop were extremely kind and helpful. The people renting chairs were very pleasant and helpful. We loved the slide. So much fun. The parking was convenient.

One of the primary reasons we went was for the lazy river. However it was down the whole time we were there. On the second day we were there the Gym was shut down. We found out after we arrived that we could get a free breakfast but only if we booked through the facility. Our room did not have a working coffee pot, the outside grill was broken which we found out only after buying items to grill out. There were no pot holders so we had to use towels to get items out of the oven and there was no pot scrubber to clean pots and pans. Our bath room shower had no hooks, shelf, ledge …. Anything to put our soap, razor, wash cloth, hair supplies etc. We just had to set everything on the floor. There was soap for the sink but no soap holder. There were NO hangers in the closet. We checked in on a Wednesday and had no issues, however we checked out on a Sunday and had to wait up to 20 minutes to get an elevator. We were worried we would not be able to check out on time even though we started an hour prior to check out. While I would never bash the place publicly. I do feel these are things that need to be addressed. All that being said we still had a wonderful time. I contacted Hosteeva about some of the issues and they were very quick to get us another coffee pot and pot holders.
