The only problem was getting the lock box number. Finally through a neighbour we were met with the number. Apparently the lady had sent it to Booking.com that morning but it would be better to send directly to the renter. I asked 2 > 3 times for this through Booking. Com but to no avail. Otherwise everything was so good. Particuarly appreciated the heater in each room.

Only the entry as above

The property was beautiful, as soon as we got out the car we could smell the beautiful flowers & lovely clean air, the property was clean & tidy & quiet which was perfect for our event, it was nice & close to where we needed to be which was very convenient. Extra towels were provided for the Hot pools which was 1 of the highlights of our trip, Milo tea coffee milk & even oat milk was provided as well, also having a washing machine & dryer created a stress free return to home we love & use the liquid Surf & softer as well which was a lovely extra touch, the beautiful sage towels were good quality & even had brand new tea towels 🥰

The property smelt a bit musty however it was an easy fix by opening the windows, there was some scented candles as well which was great but NO lighter or matches & being NON smokers I had to go & purchase a lighter which was fine 👍, the bathroom off the bedroom had an overflow of water that went in the corner but I rolled a towel to create a barrier which worked great. We also had a little mishap trying to enter the property but with 1 phone call it was resolved 👏
