staff were super friendly and attentive - look and feel - location was actually pretty good but its a new activation area - SHOWERS were the best I've ever had
Pillows -
Area (it's up and coming & close to everything) but my wife said it felt a little lonely walking back late & would not feel comfortable on her own. Amiens is a safe place but the road is obviously in a period of change.
Parking not great - people dont want to add multistory costs to trip - the roads are free to park but staff didn't promote this

A new design, perfectly in keeping with the brand’s style, with attention to every detail. Excellent service.

New hotel, felt very clean and rooms well thought out and fun
Hotel is in a wasteland, a slightly dodgy area behind the main train station. Unappealing window views. You can’t drive anywhere near the hotel to unload you must carry all bags from a local underground car park
