Near three metro stations. Shops near by. Easily accessible comfortable apartment. Good for a party of 10 people. Spacious living with amenities

Good location in Central London, close to Tower bridge and metro. Good value for this big apartment which can fit 4-6 adults with kids.
It wasn't very clean, one of the bedroom's beds is broken (when you lie on the right side, it sinks). The area around the apartment is not very nice. The instructions for checking in didn't arrive on time and we were not notified when exactly we will receive them, so I had to contact Booking customer service since no one was picking up on the provided phone number.
Also there are no instructions for the gas cooktop burners which can be frustrating for people who never used a UK gas oven since there is a switch on button on the wall which wasn't labeled.
