Rudy was very helpful and active. He replied very fast and helped with any of our questions.
The location is great — we were looking for something no too touristy, yet in walking distance from the old town.
The place seemed more roomy on the pictures. We were a group of 3, but I can't imagine this place would be actually comfortable for a group of 4 for more than 1-2 days.
Also, the place seemed a bit used. The original state was probably great, but eg. the walls could use a new paint and stuffs like that.
