Excellent location in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, close to a tram stop and within easy walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. It was a convenient base for exploring Nice and travelling around the area by public transport.
Nothing major. However, the bed and sofa could be more comfortable. The apartment is on the fourth floor, which may be challenging for some guests.

It was a very comfortable apartment and very clean. The hosts were very kind. I was a bit surprised by the €500 deposit, but the location in the old city is exceptional.
The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow and a bit difficult, especially after long days of walking (20k steps). It may not be suitable for older people. But it’s understandable as it’s an old building.
