Very spacious. My mother loved it

The place was as expected. The room was value for money, great shower with hot water. The breakfast was decent.
The place has great bones and the owners are doing a great job in maintaining it.
The yard, is big, and clean. There was also a very friendly cat that kept us company when we sat outside 😊
The reviews were right about the smoking. It didn't bother us, but I think at least they must open the doors to let the fresh air come in. You can even smell the smoke inside the room.
There was also some noise that happened around 2-3 am in the corridor with people going up and down. That was kinda creepy.

Friendly staff, the service and tranquility
They are an emerging B&B and my humility and understanding fails to call out something wrong. I have experienced nothing bad at all
