The apartment is spacious for two people and lovely. We didn't use the Jacuzzi. Being under the roof, it heats up quickly, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The on-site host ensured we always had good drinking water, as the tap water isn't potable. There is a Metro supermarket nearby, and the Safaa Heghazi metro station is about 12 minutes away.
After the city's din and long sightseeing trips, it was a true haven.
The internet functions properly, once with a rapid remedy.
At the end, the other host, not on location, allow us to stay 13 hours more under the condition of paying $80, which is the price for one complete day. We felt it not just as a lack of hospitality and generosity, after 10 days spent there, but even as greed.
The co-host on location did not speak English (neither do we speak Arabic).

We had a great stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a very good location in Zamalek. The hosts were also very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with.
