The apartment is very close to the subway station, relatively near the center of Tokyo, and has everything we need nearby. It's also a very peaceful and quiet location.
The apartment is quite small and might be difficult for those with a lot of luggage. If you are very tall, over 1.85m, it could also be a problem because the tiny bathroom.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was incredibly clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from complete cooking utensils to laundry facilities and amenities. The location is perfect, it's in a peaceful residential area that's great for resting, yet super strategic and close to the station, supermarkets, drugstores, and cozy coffee shops. A lovely surprise was seeing the late-blooming cherry blossoms right in the neighborhood in mid-April! Also, Rumiko-san was an amazing host, very informative and helpful throughout my stay.
The room is quite cozy and compact, so it’s really only enough for two people. However, for a solo traveler or a couple who appreciates a clean and organized space, it’s not a problem at all.
