Zipp Hotel Rosalba

The hotel felt new and clean, with tastefully modern decoration and quality bedding - generally just everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The pool in the conservatory backing onto greenery looked great, as did the spa, but didn't get to use either. Breakfast was good, with dosas and omelettes on demand. The manager and his able staff were warm and helpful which completed the excellent experience.

Taxis often took a while getting to the hotel owing to heavy traffic in immediate neighbourhood - but I expect this would be the same across much of Bengaluru, not just where the hotel is.

Bathroom, the door lock is inconsistent

The best thing about the property was the fact that the spa attached to the hotel was amazing. We took a massage nearly every day and the masseuse was fantastic! The properties also close to multiple restaurants for breakfast. The rooms were spacious enough. The staff was polite and very accommodating. My sister joined me in my room for a few days, and the staff put an extra bed in the room to accommodate her. That was extremely helpful. The Housekeeping did a super job keeping the room clean and they were quick to respond with any requests we had. Pankaj and Sagar at the front desk we always polite and helpful. We truly had an excellent stay.

Nothing to complain about

Very close to airport for early flights and a pool to cool off after a hot humid day in Kochi.
