We had a comfortable stay at this facility; the location is excellent regardless where you need to get to, in and around Joburg. Ilovo Mews - the building where the apartment is; has excellent 24 hour security with excellent access checks. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, very comfortably and adequately equipped and furnished. There is thoughtful attention in providing what most travellers need and decor items such as scented candles and room diffusers (as you step in you could easily think you are stepping into a Spa: ). The apartment set up is a large semi open plan with a seperate bathroom wiith both tub and shower to enjoy. It has the most comfortable enormous bed and lush towels. Thank you for the complimentary cold waters in the fridge and the well stocked tea/coffee station. Lastly, wonderful and attentive host - thank you Eunice.

Nothing at all, this facility provided all we needed.

The Flat was really clean and neat. I loved that

The location of it. On the main road and quite busy. I also did not like how we had to wait at reception before we gained access, mainly because the owner of the apartment had not sent the security guards our information that we are booking in. We had to wait for the security to communicate with the owner before we could gain access. This was unpleasant
