Hotel in posizione molto comoda per vistare Istanbul. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale sempre disponibile. Alla partenza sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno aiutato a risolvere un problema con il taxi per l'aeroporto

Unica nota negativa la tavoletta del wc rotta, ma sono sicuro che l'hanno riparata 😅

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The hotel was very beautiful, extremely clean, and perfectly located, close to the Galata Tower and Karaköy Port. The host was very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I have stayed at this hotel before, and every time I visit Istanbul, I choose to stay here again. It truly feels like my home in Istanbul. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

The views from the rooms at 9th floor and at 7th floor are nice.

Honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel has a 9.1 rating. In my opinion, it is no more than a 7, and I was very disappointed with my stay. 1.- The walls of our triple room (which is supposedly one of their better rooms) were covered with blood stains from squashed mosquitoes. It was simply disgusting. 2.- They forgot to clean our room on the second day of our stay, and when we returned at night, it was extremely unpleasant to find the beds unmade, wet towels, and no fresh water or toilet paper. I do want to emphasize that the young man at reception was very kind, apologized for the situation, and personally did everything he could to resolve the issue that evening. However, this situation should have been completely avoidable, especially since we had already reported the blood stains on the walls that morning. 3.- The building and the rooms in general are old and dated. The elevator barely fits three people, so if you are traveling with luggage, you have to make several trips. In addition, during our stay, the elevator broke down for a few hours, which meant we had to walk all the way up to the 9th floor. 4. The streets surrounding the hotel. While it is true that the hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from Galata Bridge and around 7 minutes from Galata Tower, the surrounding streets are not pleasant at all. They are dirty and poorly maintained, and at night they feel quite deserted. I’m aware this is not responsibility of the hotel but I would have appreciated to stay in a nicer street even though if I would have to walk a little bit more to main highlights (which is not necessary as Galata is full of hotels) 5.-Overall value for money: This was my second time in Istanbul, so I am convinced that you can find better value for a similar price.
