The location, the view to the sea and how clean the place was.
The property is ok, but it is in a point where it needs refurbishing. The air conditioning units upstairs didn’t work, the door to get to the balcony was tricky to open, the wi-fi was not working and there was no light in the balcony.

Las terrazas de todo el apartamento,las vistas sobre todo y la ubicación perfecta. Camas comodas, con todo lo necesario, cocina con todos los utensilios. Una buena elección sin duda. Gracias

The apartment is large and has amazing sea views. It has balconies on both floors. It was well equipped with everything you needed. It was clean and tidy. The communication with the owner was excellent, with clear instructions on how to access the apartment.
There is a supermarket close by and restaurants.
We were able to park for free just in front of the apartment at this time of year.

En primera línea de playa, con piscina comunitaria, aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y en el salón, los colchones parecían nuevos, el trato con la dueña muy bien y amable.
Es un apartamento muy anticuado, requiere de una buena reforma (parece que no se ha reformado desde que se construyeron esos apartamentos). Hay ventanas que no abren, persianas que no bajan con la correa rota, cables pelados que suponen un peligro, manivelas rotas...Es caro para lo antiguo que es y si quieres guardar el coche en la plaza de garaje te lo cobran aparte. La limpieza mejorable.
