The cabin was decorated well, the furnishings were super comfortable and all amenities were well stocked and good. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The bedrooms and loft were super. Location was residential with cabins and this one was in a cul de sac. The exterior was very good with tall pine trees and a nice fire pit with chairs and lighting.
The drawback of this cabin was heat. We arrived after check-in and the inside temperature was 60 degrees. There are baseboard heaters in the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The living area and the loft rely on a stove type fireplace for heat. The loft heater did not work. The hosts did not provide wood or a lighter so for the first night we boarded up in the bedroom. In the morning we purchased wood, a lighter and sweatshirts. Once you start the fireplace you are instructed not to leave it unattended. So plan how to heat the place and how to be a tourist around town.
