Although my stay at Lepon Hotel was relatively short, I had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What I particularly appreciated was the staff’s understanding and flexibility when I decided to shorten my stay. I had originally booked and paid for a longer period, but later decided to move to another part of Tianjin to explore more of the city and its beautiful architecture. The staff were very understanding and handled my request without any difficulty. Although I had originally paid by credit card, they conveniently arranged my refund through WeChat, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff were exceptionally helpful, considerate, and professional. It is a lovely hotel with excellent customer service, and I am very grateful for their kindness and support.
