The place was clean, and good for a few days stay. A bit small for our family of four of us to stay for longer than a few days.
Hottub was well maintained, and they checked it each day.
The staff weren't very friendly, nor helpful.
Honestly the reception staff didn't seem to want to be bothered or forth with. When we arrived there was barely a smile or word, other than the formalities.
A sign of the times I guess, but as a business owner myself front of house staff are a representation of the business.

My favourite lodges 3rd time coming love the fishing their and the windmill restaurant Carvery’s on a Sunday , lovely location , love how you can take the dogs everywhere with you ! Will be back again

Nice location, hot tub was nice accommodation was okay
It could do with a bit of a refresh the sofa was dirty
