Communication with the owner was excellent, sent details of how to access the property and the keys ahead of arrival/check-in time.

Excellent location! Perfectly located to main attractions and ferry stops while being in a lovely and quiet residential area with some great restaurants. We caught a ferry from Venice main train station to San Marco Zaccaria, then only one bridge to cross… fairly easy to navigate with wheeled luggage. The property is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and styling was gorgeous for an authentic experience.
Unfortunately there was no tea towel or paper towel which made the kitchen difficult to use. This is the only property we’ve experienced this. There were empty shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower - other toiletries were minimal, I recommend bringing your own especially hand soap. The most disappointing thing was the family staying above us who did not abide by quiet hours (11pm-8pm) which kept us awake at many times.
