Honestly, everything was great. After a week of terrible weather in Crete, our last stop was Heraklion where we stayed at this booking. The products in the bathroom, slippers, tea and coffee and a very thoughtful and well made room was a nice way to end the trip. The best in terms of price/quality. Very clean and comfortable

The apartment was very good, and the location was also quite convenient. It is close to the airport and, at the same time, making it easy to get into the city center. The neighborhood is mainly residential rather than touristy, so there are fewer restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions nearby. On the other hand, this also makes the area quieter and gives it a more local and authentic feel. Overall, we had a good experience, especially if you are looking for a convenient and relatively quiet location.

In our case, we were given a ground-floor apartment, which unfortunately has some disadvantages. It is located on a corner, so if you open the bedroom or kitchen windows, people walking along the street or around the corner can easily see inside. Directly in front of the apartment are the neighborhood’s garbage bins, and the garbage collection takes place very early in the morning, around 5 a.m. There is also quite a bit of activity around the bins, with people passing by with carts and taking out their rubbish. This is understandably more noticeable and inconvenient when staying on the ground floor. We feel that this is something the property should take into consideration, perhaps by offering the ground-floor apartment at a slightly lower rate than the apartments on the upper floors, where these issues are less noticeable. That said, the apartment itself was very well equipped. The windows, blinds, and curtains are all very good, which helps considerably with privacy. Overall, we had a good stay, but we would definitely prefer an apartment on an upper floor next time.
