Beautiful and clean place with very friendly service. Top notch. Not far from city centre with the car. We enjoyed our time here with my family and we will definitely come back

So comfy and cosy, slept like a baby. Was great area as very quiet when sleeping but had bus stop right outside door which could take all around Edinburgh.
Some renovation may be needed but manager new and took on board helped to sort things and nothing was a problem

We loved the location, it was so easy to get on the bus straight to the city centre and other tourist attractions.
The room was also clean and we could contact the property owners at any time and they replied and attended to our needs.

Reasonably priced and close to buses to the city. Room was clean but not as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive however we shouldn’t have needed to ask the questions we did.
Rubbish, weeds and overgrown backyard which made the property look rundown and not as per photos. No iron, ironing board or hairdryer in room so these needed to be requested. Dining table had the fridge on it and there was only one chair for a family room. No microwave although stated. For a 2 night stay for 4 people there was 1 tiny shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so more needed to be requested.
