Ich konnte erst um 17:00 einchecken und musste trotzdem bereits Punkt 10:00 Uhr auschecken, trotz Anfrage, ob eine Stunde länger zum Auschecken möglich wäre. Bitte mehr Kulanz das nächste mal.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the Lambrate train station and next to the metro station (line 2).
The management is run by AI and a proper supervision is clearly missing. In the last two days the hot water was missing
and nobody to help. The apartment gives the impression of being once used by the owners who left behind whatever they had no need for. The kitchen was clogged with plastic bottles with residual cleaning products and all sorts of utensils, but only one fork and no mugs to prepare tea. The sofa in the living room was partly broken.

Located very close to the tube station, the flat is spacious and check in is done through clear instructions. Having two bathrooms is a plus. The AC works well.
If you’re planning to cook / eat in the flat, I’d just say the kitchen isn’t completely equipped (ex only 1 fork).
