Loved the location. Ideal location for sightseeing with easy access to shops and transport.
Bed comfortable. Plenty of storage.
Quiet inside apartment. Nice bathroom.
Overall it is a cosy apartment with added bonus of a balcony.
Utter confusion with regards to picking up keys, cleaners still in apartment 3 hours after check in time and available access.
Fridge and freezer not working. We were only left with a very small wine cooler.
Cleaner told us dishwasher wasn't working, so left dirty from previous guests. See photo.
No instructions for lights or air conditioning.
Not enough fresh towels supplied for our week stay.
Kitchen bins far too small. We were advised by one of the neighbours where to leave our rubbish.

We had a lovely stay in this modern, comfortable apartment. The location was fantastic, with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, a mini supermarket on your doorstep and only a 7-minute walk to the underground and The Shard. The views of Tower Bridge when were amazing!
The bed was really comfortable, and we loved having the balcony to sit out on in the evenings. The air conditioning was also a great bonus.
The only downside was that the fridge wasn’t working, although there was a small wine fridge we could use to keep a few things chilled. A guest handbook with instructions for things like the lights, blinds and where to put rubbish would also have been useful, together with how to use the washing machine as we were asked to put our towels and bedding on a wash if we left before 9am. We did manage to work everything out though!
