Overall our experience was fine and the apartment was comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Getting the keys while in theory being easy was actually quite difficult. I don't know why I had to spend the time authenticating myself. The authentication process broke down and I could not make it work on my phone. The only thing that made it easy was the lovely convenience store guy who came up with a solution about how I could get around the problem and get the access code I needed to give him to get the keys. At a hotel, you pay and they give you the keys - simple. I don't know why I had to authenticate who I was? The apartment was basically clean but the fittings were a little old and run down i.e. the couch's springs need fixing and the light switches showed where people had touched them i.e. had not been cleaned properly.

Nice view and fun building. Central location within walking distance to attractions. Good kitchen appliances including cooktop.

Walls could do with a good clean or repaint. Very cheap furniture not very comfortable

Location, views, apartment was really great, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us.

Contact details, eg email, messages to property owner, property address, key pickup, was convoluted and confusing. There were no instructions to use coffee machine, I think pods were wrong type, no fire escape information or any way to access front desk via phone or intercom. What if there was a fire? We were on floor 55. Apparently there is an app to join? I advised arrival time but did not receive the pin in a timely fashion, there was a pin sent but it was wrong. This seems to be a common fault.

The unit offers exceptional views, the lift to the 55th floor is superb quick.

The location is not as described in the advertisement. It mentions it is located at Enterprise Park with the map showing it is on the CBD side of the river, however this is incorrect, it is on the Southbank side on the other side of the river. I booked the unit based on it being shown on the CBD side of the river as we needed to be on this side. The owner was good enough to offer a small refund amount, however we spent a lot more or ubers to get around as I expected to be able to utilise the tram system on the CBD side. Also the unit could so with a freshen up, a fresh coat of paint and a more comfortable lounge would be good.
