- very central location
- nice interior design, IMO with a little art deco touch
- high quality appliances
- everything you need for even a fairly long stay like cookware and household stuff
- plenty of room for a family with 2 children (even though the apartment is rather compact, it’s smartly designed)
- good parking garage nearby
- street parking almost always available for drop off and to unload the stuff from the trunk
- Poznań one of my favorite Polish cities
I would suggest to refresh the instructions video. The main gate in the video looks differently from the current new one and it might be slightly challenging to find the way quickly after having driven all day and got tired, since the address is not obvious from the street

Very new, well-designed, conveniently-furnished and cozy apartment. It's warm under the roof but the AC works great. Great location. Everything worked very smoothly.
As of July 2026, the apartment is in a building which is still under construction. Outside the apartment, it can be occasionally loud and some parts are dusty/dirty because of the ongoing work.
