I would say the bathtub and also the decorative lighting design.

1. The property informed us that the payment is by cash on the day before our departure, which was too late and rush for us to do currency exchange at last minute 2. There is no regular housekeeping but only performed upon request 3. The water heater was very hard to adjust to get the optimal temperature for shower, either too hot or too cold. It could be suddenly very cold/ very hot. 4. The property told us that they can help us to safe keep our luggage upon arrival. But at the end they told us there is no receptionist! And told us to leave our luggage after the curtain and told us it’s under cctv surveillance which is SAFE 5. We requested to have laundry, where the maid took our clothes. In that evening, we reached the hotel and saw our clothes were left on the washing machine! Plus not folded! Just left it like that. I found they’re not performing their responsibilities in this part 6. Lastly, we booked 2 rooms, and the 202 room AC was not performing which wasn’t cold in the first night, although they sent someone to check + sent over fan + refunded for first night, which we appreciated, but the checking before guest arrival is really important to avoid all these.
