Very clean, well maintained apartment. Had a nice, comfortable overnight stay.

The place was clean and we had no Issues with our stay. The unit was clean and neat, and also provided us with everything we needed. It was a good choice.

Everything was perfect

Staff was approachable and helpful. They did hear my concerns and it was addressed.

The place was a mess when I entered the dishes were still on the rack from the previous guests, washing machine was absolutely disgusting and dirty, microwave and freezer was dirty. Although I was on holiday I had to go clean before I used anything.the dryer was rusted and broken could not even dry the clothes..there were old wet towels on it also. The aircon was not working. I was very disappointed. At night when we went to sleep the bed was not comfortable and very noisy and every turn it made a noise. I usually book places alot but this was really disappointing there were no towels. Eventually we were given only 2 towels for the 4 nights that we stayed there. They expected us to use that for 4 nights?
