Mercure Tashkent North

Although the hotel is a little outside the city centre, it's in a lovely, lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafés and places to explore nearby. There's always something going on, which gives the neighbourhood a great atmosphere. The hotel itself is large, modern and comfortable, with a huge breakfast area offering an excellent selection of food. There's also a nice bar downstairs. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Overall, a really enjoyable stay!

Very little to complain about. The only minor frustration was that one member of staff (front office), possibly a manager, seemed to need a little encouragement to assist with relatively simple requests, such as emailing a copy of the bill and a few other points - It wasn't a major issue, but the willingness to help didn't come quite as naturally as it did with the rest of the team, who were excellent.

Good hotel with good staff and a good location. The restaurant is fairly good, and the bar is good. The most attractive thing about the hotel is its location: it's not far from the airport or the train station. For anybody who's arriving by air and then leaving by train to Samarkand and Bukhara, this is a good choice of hotel.

This is one of those hotels you might want to make your home. Excellent room. The workout facility was top notch. The number of eating and drinking choices were more than I could possibly handle in a single night. And to top it all off for a solo traveler eating alone, the hotel cat showed up and made for a very memorable companion during my meal.

Ресторан для обеда и ужина прекрасный. Качество блюд и подача. Мастава огонь 🔥. Спа, бассейн, сауна👍. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых, теперь в Ташкенте останавливаться буду только у вас.
