The directions for checking in were easy to follow. The apartment is just as pictured. Very clean Plenty of hot water for showers.. It's location was easy enough to walk to stores and cafés. There's a pharmacy right downstairs. The security guards were friendly. Apartment staff responsive to Whatsapp.
Nothing that could be helped. I forgot that city living could be very loud. The apartment is facing the street so it's noisy with city sounds. I would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. I luckily packed my noise cancelling headphones, so I used those to sleep.
