Clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Sam Peers was super helpful during check in and great communication throughout.

There isn’t much to dislike about the property apart from additional Visitors to the property who aren’t listed on the booking are an added cost.

it was as a matter of fact very nice experience- from one point of view I had a little bit bad luck and I have unexpected situation I had to stay in London for one additional day but thanks to that I experienced a lot of empathy from the staff which I greatly appreciate. The apartment is very nice and well-equipped. Key collection was easy, with a convenient location nearby. It's a pleasure to stay overnight in such a place. I left keys in the locker. Unfortunately, I didn't know where to throw away my trash, so I left it in the apartment. It was also no problem because the manager fully understood my situation. The night was quiet and peaceful. I recommend this team of people who take care of their clients in a very professional manner.
