Location, exactly where I needed to be
Flat is what is shown in photos
Kitchen is separate from living area which is great for cooking without spreading the smell around
Close to Surrey Quays station for Windrush Line and the shopping mall
Right across from the Southwark Park for greenery and a good walk to Bermondsey
Although Lower Road lies right by the flat, the sound of traffic is very low, except when the sirens ring out
In the master bedroom, I could feel the vibrations from the trains passing underground. But once I fall asleep, it isn't an issue
The steps to the top floor flat are rather steep

Great location, convenient because we had family in surrey quays. It was very functional and being across the street from the park and down the street from the station was awesome.
Tough because it’s the third floor and in the middle of a heatwave, so cooling the place down was hard. The bathroom should be finished (the tub is missing tile).
