The property was clean and new with a stylish and warm interior. It had everything we needed, including great heating in every room. It is located in a quiet tree-lined street close to a park and the hospital, and walking distance to the Main Street. We are grateful that our dog was allowed to stay too. The host was super quick to respond and very flexible.

Carrathool Cottage is in a perfect location, a quiet street, just minutes from Griffith's main street, shops and business area. There is plenty of parking and a supermarket close by. All the rooms are large, pleasantly furnished and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and there were plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cutlery, china and cooking utensils. The laundry was well set up with washing detergent, a washing machine and dryer. All the rooms were air conditioned and had fans which is required as Griffith is very hot in February.

We were the first renters and the back yard is still in development. An external clothes line in the back yard once the landscaping is finished would be handy for wet swimming towels etc.
