The beds were very comfortable.
There was no drying rack for laundry. Would be helpful to have more instructions so we could use the heating system better. We did not manage to get the heated towel rack in the bathroom to work.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations.
Parking can be awkward and the facility requires a detailed house manual for guests. e.g. coffee machine.

Inside was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. There was no noise from people in other apartments. Excellent bathroom!
We weren’t warned about the stairs down and up to enter. We managed but it would not have been inaccessible to many travelers. Please put instructions for the washer/dryer- after 3 hours we still had very damp clothes. Also, pointers on electric switches, easy access to downtown, and dishwasher. Parking was difficult. The entry area smelled but the apartment did not. There weren’t hooks for hanging coats or others items.

Great location. Very comfortable and modern amenities. Everything you could ever want. Easy access to town and train/bus station.
Bit of an uphill walk with luggage but manageable.
