Sovo - South Lane Apartments - City Centre

The apartment itself is really lovely! Beautiful decor, very comfortable and stylish. It’s very central to everything and down a nice street. Nice to feel tucked away from everything, yet right in the centre! Facilities were great. Bed was nice and comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Heating was easy to use, sofa was comfy too!

Not a fault of the property at all, but on the Friday night there must have been someone having a house party in a flat/apartment VERY close by. It was as if my partner and I were trying to sleep in the middle of said house party! We were unable to sleep until 3am when they finally stopped the loud music and singing/drunk shouting! It was really frustrating, but as I said, not the fault of the property and has not been mentioned in any previous reviews so think we just had poor luck! Probably new students! Only other thing is the shower is not powerful, but didn’t ruin our stay.

The location was great, right beside the castle and a short walk to many other attractions. The apartment was clean and looked very nice in the inside, especially the bathroom. All for a great price.

The door code didn’t seem to work when my friend would type it in when I wasn’t there. However there was a very handy option to unlock the door on their website. Also the view from the apartment was not good at all but I personally wasn’t too bothered and had a little laugh about it.

The location was good and the apartment was very nice, it was spotless and had everything we needed.

I feel that what they are charging for one night, they could have provided a pint of milk for tea and coffee.
