Great location, short walk to Old Street and Liverpool Street. Great communications from the hosts, clear instructions to find the property, door code access and wifi. Loads of F&B options within a few mins walk. Perfect spot for a short work trip.

Very clean and well presented, clearly newly refurbished, everything you need for a few nights stay. Responsive management.
Above a pub but as I stayed Monday to Thursday it wasn’t busy or loud at all so made no difference to my midweek stay.

Clear instructions to find, close to the office with made this a choice, easy access and secure.
All facilities that I needed for the stay.
Maybe just an extra level of care needed for cleaning, a final check before letting people stay would be recommended.

Location is good, the flat secured.
The living conditions are not great. The floor is falling apart, the end of the bed is broken, the whole vibe of the flat is really poor.

"Location is perfect. There is a bar downstairs but it is pretty quiet you don't really hear it. Great access to everything Shoreditch has to offer."
