It was cosy, clean and modern. It had everything we needed and the space was well organised. The view was beautiful from the bedroom. Information regarding check in was communicated very well and instructions re WiFi and TV etc were clearly displayed on the wall by the front door.

It would have been nice to have access to go out on the balcony but I understand this might not be possible due to health and safety. There was coffee but no tea bags, this is a minor thing but it would have been great if there was tea too.

Good location and interior was immaculate.

Bit dark coming home at night.

Clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped.

It's location is in a residential area and, while it is close to the town, it is uphill for the most part. Street lighting is far from satisfactory in the estate and the kerb at the base of the outdoor steps is not visible (it deceptively appears to be part of the road markings in a 'No Parking' area, see picture attached). I mention this to caution others, as my mother tripped on the kerb upon approach.

Very clean looking and smooth decor. Tea, coffee and creamer available. Towels fluffy and plenty of them. The owner was great at providing information and seemed a very lovely lady.

The key kept getting stock. Was tricky getting the door locked and unlocked, there were little dirt piles ,like someone swept but forgot to lift it afterwards. The sofa bed had no sheets available to cover the sofa which isn't hygienic when sleeping on it. The heater we didnt use as it had burn marks like it caught on fire. Having kids it made me feel uneasy . Lovely patio out back but no place to sit . Lovely balcony but cant access and no where to sit. Travelling with 5 people, its been our most expensive night. Don't get me wrong it was pleasant but if you don't need to be in that town id recommend travelling a bit further away for a more wallet friendly stay for a better experience. I hate giving a poor review as im a housemaid and know its not an easy job. For constructive criticism id recommend either lowering your price or fixing a few tweaks here and there.
